Support customers receive assistance in all areas of network design and troubleshooting, security, system management and day-to-day operations. Since we're well aware that network or computer problems don't conform to 9-to-5 schedules, we offer emergency support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Service Plans:

  • Per call - Don't need or want a support contract? No problem, just call when you need us whether it's once a week or once a year.

  • Contract - Does your company require a certain number of consulting hours per month? We discount our already low rates for monthly support contracts with monthly roll over hours making it an affordable and cost effective option.

  • Project - Starting a new business? Upgrading? Let us quote you a one time price that will cover the entire project from start to finish.

  • Block Hour Package - Purchase a block of consulting time good for one year at a discounted price
